Description
The idea is that medusa is human before she is cursed by Athena but here's the twist its not in this time but the future. Medusa is a researcher who searches planets for valuable resources to bring back home and help her planet sustain life. Despite her good intentions medusa has a jealous friend named Athena who tricks Medusa into going to a distant planet for an ambush. Trusting her friend Medusa sets upon the planet with only a plasma bow mk. 3 as her only weapon but is soon set upon by ravenous parasitic creatures. Athena was proud but foolish enough to think the serpents killed her rival when in fact medusa bent the deadly creatures to her will and feasted on them instead. Now poised with deadly new powers and a thirst for vengeance Medusa sets out into the darkness of the cosmos to hunt down her traitor and kill any God that gets in her way.
Medusa X would have an extraterrestrial themed tier 5 skin with references to films like Alien, Species, and other horror/sci-fi movies in pop culture to fit her skin.
In her stage 1 form she has just been attacked by the first 2 parasites with a squid like creature attached to her face controlling her mind and a the second creature controlling her motor functions from the waist down.
Stage 2 in this point is time is where things start to get interesting as the creature that was on medusa's face has bonded with the face of medusa and the only facial feature visible is a mouth. The bow is starting to become covered in this type of webbing and forming a symbiotic weapon for medusa. Medusa's body is very soft and is in its beginning stages of hardening.
Moving onto to stage 3 Medusa's face has reformed to resemble a more human looking face (think Voldemort) but not quite there yet. Sharper features like spikes have started to form as well as the body becoming harder and armor plated.
The ultimate form has Medusa forming a webbed crested crown from her now human face and small parasite serpents have formed her new hair. The bow is now its own creature entirely with mouths and acidic webbing all around the bow. Legs have sprouted from the main body to help balance Medusa as she crawls around the battlefield and is extremely creepy looking when she dashes at her prey like a snake and spider had a baby and its crawling towards you kind of creepy.
Her arrows would change from plasma bolts to full grown parasites that seek out prey.
Medusa's face would morph for her ultimate to a gaping maw that spits a paralyzing acid to immobilize prey.
